Where are we based?
Creature Comforts have offices in both the North and South islands of New Zealand. This is so your freight is speedy and costs are kept to a minimum
How long is the average delivery?
Courier items are generally overnight for stock items, 2 days maximum, except rural deliveries. Road freight, eg, cattle crush and animal shelters could be 3-5 days, depending on location
Are we an international business?
We sell our products in NZ and Australia. For other countries, please enquire.
Does creature comforts sell human products?
What do our profits go towards?
Our profits at creature comforts go towards investing in new products that we add to our product list, with improved features and quality. We also support humanitarian and animal protection charities that are close to our heart.
Can we ship 2 products at the same time?
Yes. At creature comforts, we can ship 2 seperate pieces of equipment or different units together. However, they may not arrive the same time due to different delivery methods etc. eg, animal shelters go on road freight, reproduction scanning equipment goes via courier. Wherever possible, we will combine freight.
No. We only focus on farming and animal products. Human treatments and products are a whole different industry and we do not want to lose focus of the pet and farm industry.
